We took a weekend trip to Moab with Bev's sister Heather and her family. We spent the time mountain biking, visiting Arches, pushing the stroller up Slickrock (I think the mountain bikers thought we were crazy), catching lizards, and camping in the beautiful southern Utah red rock.
We watched Megan, Bev's sister, run the Top of Utah Marathon. It was her first and she did amazing, finishing in under 4 hrs! Way to go Meg.
We took a short trip to southern California and luckily timed it just right so we missed the first Utah snow storm. We spent some quality time at the beach, and loved the warm weather. We also got to visit and stay with Bev's old roommate Becky and her family. Thanks again Becky for letting us stay with you.
We rescued this dragon fly from a watery death only to later be devoured by seagulls. ( I think the watery death may have been better)
We rented a tandem bike and road it on a path along the beach. We highly recommend tandem bikes, it's the best way to travel along the beach.
We'll try our best in the future to be better bloggers. But this Democrat depression could last 4 years.

So good to hear from you guys! Even though that room was a pain to paint - it sure looks FABULOUS! It seems like the last three months have been really good to you - beach, biking, hiking,Disneyland, and WICKED! Life is good!
Darn those democrats!
So fun to read a post. Brooks surprised me with a ticket to Wicked last time we were in California. We loved it too. Same theater too. Glad you got to get away. Keep up the posts and your living room looks great!
Yeah...you're alive!! Fun post...and we LOVE the red room! We want to see it in person during Thanksgiving break.
Love you guys!!

Oh my word, that living room looks beautiful! You guys are high class. Wow. Wanna come decorate for us?
Welcome back to the blogging fold. Glad I took a chance and checked out your blog today.
So happy to read another update! We need to get together with you guys so Bev and I can talk SLP talk and the hubbys can pretend to be interested. :) Just kidding. But serious about getting together. We'll be in touch.
Come camping with us this winter! Call me and I'll try to talk you into the adventure! You guys are always doing such fun stuff. We really want to see Wicked, we read the book, although it wasn't very clean and I almost stopped reading a few times, we heard the play is much more appropriate.
It was fun to have you here! Cute pics!
