We recently went to the doctor and learned that Bev had a parasitic growth in her abdomen. Scary, I know. Unfortunately this growth also has side affects like: projectile vomit, fatigue, back aches, headaches, etc. The doctor showed us its arms, legs, and head and then explained that this particular growth would be with us for a very long time. We're having a baby and we couldn't be more excited!! Even more exciting, the baby's due date is Bev's birthday, August 12th, what a great birthday present. It took a little longer than planned for this new addition to be on its way but with the help of modern technology and Heavenly Father it finally happened. We're excited about beginning our family and the changes this will bring. Don't forget to check back often for new pictures and info on our growing family.
We decided to take a picture every month on the 12th to catalog the growth of our cute little parasite. Here is Bev at T-minus 6 months.

Congrats! That is so exciting! I like how you titled the post. Sometimes it really does feel that way: the nausea, the mind altering hormone changes, the child trying to claw it's way out of your belly and using your ribs as a place to kick off from :) Still though I think pregnancy is fun: cute round bellies, new clothes, the idea that you will soon have a new member of your family! So cool!

That's wonderful news! So fantastic, the fact that you're so sick is so miserable but also so great! The sicker the better :) (at least with my experiences that has been the case)
